When a parent's needs grow, families are forced to invent a coordination system from scratch — and the people most able to help (siblings, doctors, caregivers, neighbors) are the ones most often left out.
Professional caregiving organizations saw the same pain across every client they served. They wanted to offer families a tool that respected privacy, made handoffs smooth, and felt as warm as the care they provided in person. But building that software was out of reach.
